Do I need to be a DPDHL customer to use DPDHL APIs?

Not all DPDHL APIs require you to have a customer account. However, few APIs require a customer account as they can trigger billable services and transactions, for instance, MyDHL Express API and  Shipment Booking (DHL Global Forwarding) API. Please check the documentation of the specific API that you are interested in to determine if you need to have a DPDHL customer account. If you are not sure yet, you can always contact us by submitting a new support ticket.
