The delay between when a real-time event happens, and the time it's registered in our API is an already identified issue and rooted in the source systems that provide to us with the tracking data.
In our API, we are replicating the information provided by the sources of the different DHL divisions. It is known and expected that after a label is created, it will have a delay until it appears in the tracking system. The range of that delay will vary depending on the case, the source, and the division, among others.
We are sorry for the inconvenience that this can cause and rest assured that the DHL development teams are working on evolving the connection between our digital systems and the day-to-day operations that the company carries.
